TVBS成立滿30週年，展開全新媒體里程碑，於2023年7月首度跨域出版書籍《一觸即發：一位非常時期美國國防部長的回憶錄》，獲得熱烈迴響；隨著2024總統大選腳步接近，加上美中競爭關係持續升溫，美中台三邊關係再度成為當前國際政治的熱點議題，TVBS再推出第二本新書《步步為營：解讀美中台未來7種情境》，希望持續帶給讀者多元的國際議題觀點，扮演好「連接世界 奮起台灣」的橋樑角色。ICRT與TVBS World Taiwan將於12/13(三)合辦圓桌論壇，藉由不同外媒視角，進一步解讀書中論點；亞洲政經與和平交流協會則於12/20(三)舉辦「步步為營：美中台關係展望」座談會，邀請專家學者共同針對書中觀點進行探討。

隨著2024年總統大選倒數不到半年，選戰結果也將牽動美中台關係與台海局勢變化，在台外籍人士勢必也將高度關注。因此，TVBS旗下英語新聞品牌「TVBS World Taiwan」，與台灣唯一的英語廣播電台「台北國際社區廣播電台」（ICRT）攜手合作，期望在此關鍵時刻結合雙方豐富的媒體資源，讓來自台灣的在地新聞觀點能即時為國際所見，同時也能搭起文化橋樑，讓在台外籍人士更加融入台灣社會。
